Payment:

Power Sources offers several payment options: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, American Express Corporate Purchasing, Discover, and C.O.D. We also extend credit to qualified institutions and companies.

Please call 1-800-966-PSUI(7784)  to obtain a credit application. When opening an account with us, please allow sufficient time to complete the approval process. You may want to include a check or authorization for C.O.D. to avoid delay in your initial order.

Delivery and Order Shipment:

Power Sources Unlimited, inc. will use its reasonable efforts to meet Customer delivery requirements. Power Sources will not be liable for any costs or expenses as a result of a delay in delivery. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday.  When in stock, orders entered by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day.  Orders will ship UPS Ground unless another method is specified.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer on all shipments. Charges will be included on our invoice unless otherwise specified. Any disputed shipping charges billed to a Customer account or consignee billing, will be charged back to the Customer by Power Sources.

Minimum Orders:

There is a minimum order of $25.00. For samples, call 1-800-966-PSUI.

International Orders:

Power Sources Unlimited accepts orders from the United States and its territories and Canada only.

Freight Damage:

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit please contact Power Sources immediately. It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. All claims against invoices must be reported within 10 days of invoice date.

Sales Tax:

Massachusetts residents need to remit 5% sales tax.  Power Sources does not remit sales tax to states other than Massachusetts. If you have a resale certificate, please submit it along with your order.

Return Policy:

Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact Power Sources to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number and the appropriate return address information. Returns are not accepted without RMA numbers. Return freight charges to the manufacturer's facility must be prepaid by the Customer. Any charges for evaluation or repair are at the manufacturer's discretion and will be the responsibility of the Customer.

Product Returned for Credit: All returned product requires an RMA number, which will be authorized at the discretion of Power Sources Unlimited, Inc. Requests to return product without a new purchase order for the same or higher amount will carry a restocking fee of 25%. Requests to return product, accompanied by a new purchase order for the same or higher amount will carry a restocking fee of 10%. All returned product must be shipped directly to the manufacturer, with the associated freight charges prepaid by the Customer.

This return policy may be altered for special circumstances and would require prior approval from Power Sources.

Dishonored Check Policy:

If your check is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay us $20.00 as a service charge (if the check cannot be redeposited). In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.

Pricing and Quantities:

Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited.

Warranty:

Power Sources extends to the purchaser only those warranties given by the manufacturers of the products we sell.  The specific warranties offered by the manufacturer and extended by power Sources are in lieu of any other warranties, expressed, implied or statutory.  No other warranties are extended or granted by Power Sources to the purchaser.  Power Sources shall have no liability for consequential damages and the responsibility of Power Sources is limited to replacement, factory repair or issuance of credit at the discretion of  Power Sources for such products as are determined by Power Sources to have become defective during the warranty period set forth by the manufacturer.

DO NOT USE PRODUCTS SOLD BY POWER SOURCES AS CRITICAL COMPONENTS IN LIFE SUPPORT DEVICES OR SYSTEMS!

Products sold by Power Sources are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness.

Rescheduling:

Any order scheduled to ship within sixty days cannot be rescheduled.  An order may be rescheduled one time from the original scheduled ship date, but for no more than sixty days from the original ship date.  For blanket purchases orders, rescheduling applies to each date designated on the purchase order unless other arrangements are made at time of order placement.  Any shipment date which is rescheduled may not be subsequently canceled. Cancellation:

Orders for non-stock products are NCNR. All other cancellation requests must   be made in writing and approved in writing at the discretion of Power Sources Unlimited.
